The bill (Reg. No. 8029) lists the licensing documents and license cards required for the transportation of passengers and freights, cancels the obligatory license (license card) for the transportation of passengers and freights, and specifies the rate of penalties for the violation of laws on motor transport.
The Committee members support the bill, as its adoption will harmonize domestic legislation with the international law applicable in the European states.
